Country Music Festival and....other stuff!

Well, Tennessee is definitely warm! The humidity isn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be, and we are getting by! I found a nanny job that was going to work great...and then it fell through.  Since there is only about 9 weeks left of our summer, i'm just going to deliver some flyers for Rove. (Companies aren't really hiring for the summer anymore.)

Taylor is now a technician for Rove, and he loves it! He gets air-conditioned breaks in the company truck, and free gas! This helps save us on gas (sooo expensive!) and Tay isn't dying in the heat.  He works long hard hours and I am so proud of him!

The family I WAS going to nanny for was the best ever.  The first time I watched their kids I ended up with a loaf of sourdough bread (homemade of course!) and a delicious dinner! The kids were awesome and adorable. They live with their Grandma and Grandpa, who they call e-maw and e-paw.  In hebrew, e-maw means mother! This family is so awesome, because they treat us like family!  The second time I got to watch these kids I was offered 4 tickets to the CMA music festival! E-paw works for a company that gets the tickets free so 4 hours later we found ourselves at the LP Stadium!

The music festival was absolutely AMAZING! There was a variety of country artists: Martina McBride, Chris Young, Rascal Flatts, Thompson Square, Little Big Town, Trace Adkins...etc.  This was also Taylor's first concert! He really enjoyed it, but got a large headache towards the end.

Tennesse is sure awesome, but we are super excited to get home!

Also, it's been awhile since I have posted but congrats to Kyle and Larissa who were married on May
14, 2011.  Their wedding in Arizona was so much fun! It was also a lot of fun to see our family and friends.
